Relationship Manager for Mumbai Zone agents.
Ensuring that agents queries related to Operations, Finance and Training are resolved.
Responding to escalation in a timely manner.
Work closely with Finance operation team in different locations for timely transaction processing.
Reverting on Finance queries of Payment failure, receipting, uploading bills within cycle of payment date and assisting in Policy Issuance.
Maintaining complete details of agents in CRM module which can be used by Management to analyze.
Raising tickets on issues related to business and taking followup with concern team and updating remarks with closure in CRM module.
Collecting and maintaining necessary documentation of all agents for Finance and Agency requirement.
Ensuring that agents are briefed with latest products launched and Campaigns held and motivate them to qualify at various levels.
Procurement of rewards and commission are made of agents/vendors.
Guide agents to track details of their Renewals, Endorsements Status.
Handling email queries of Agents and business.
Provide marketing materials through Logistics vendors for increasing sales and arranging Training in branches with help of training teams at HO to work as per IRDA compliance.
Contribute towards Process improvement on productivity accuracy with TAT.
Develop new business by calling agents and providing support for sales.
Build and nature relationship with partners to understand and meet their requirements while ensuring business deliveries.
Provide relevant clients specific statement and information as per request received.
Support the team in performing various tasks and activities.
Coordinate / Liaise with IT support on faults and changes, user ID etc.
Responsible for the coordination of work carried out by processor/ authorities and ensure accurate and seamless execution of assigned workflow.
