• Handled complete end to end recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to understanding the place of the position in the project to mapping the same in the external industry.
• Liaising closely with business to understand the manpower requisition.
• Responsible for hiring in HCM Implementation, Testing, Support, Development. Skills like ETL, DevOps, Selenium, Hadoop, ReactJS, Java, AngularJS & many more.
• Maintaining hiring data and share the same with the management as and when required.
• Responsible for Sourcing for Various Clients .
• Focused in Diversity hiring for entire business unit.
• Involve in making strategy plan to close requirements within TAT with Business.
• Using LinkedIn, references and professional network to fill critical positions.
