Expertise in sourcing Active/Passive Talent through the nontraditional method using a platform like Naukri, Indeed, Times Jobs, Shine.com LinkedIn, headhunting, and others.
Review profiles and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
Perform the initial screening of the candidates through telephonic discussions.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Create a strong talent pipeline for the company’s current and future staffing needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their requirements.
Ask for reference from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
