In my current role as Key Account Manager for Qtech Software Pvt Ltd, I lead a team of 15 and oversee all aspects of projects from acceptance until the very last detail. I am highly organized with the ability to look ahead to what is needed in planning each step of a proposal. I also value communication and understand its importance in ensuring each player understands his or her role.
My business know-how allows me to make the decisions necessary to lead to successful project completion and my instincts are nearly always spot-on.
