I actually began my career as a customer service at Celcom Bluecube Bayan Baru on February 2012 under retail segment and then I found out that I'm interested more in sales and marketing. After few years gaining experience and skills on how to manage and handle customer, I'm confident that I'm ready to challenge myself to do more and i apply for corporate accounts manager position. SME department offer me 3 times to join the team but my head of department doesn't want to let me go because I'm one of the top 3 sales guys throughout Northern region every month but i insist. After that i move to SME department as corporate accounts manager until 2017 and after that i saw an opportunity to start my own dealer and I've been doing well with my team but due to the pandemic and some internal issues, i can't continue to run the business anymore but I'm confident with all the database information i have, i can make a difference and increase DiGi revenue in future
