I am an operations management professional having 11 years of experience with a B.Tech in Mechanical and a MBA in Operations Management from IMI, New Delhi.



On a technical front my profile includes skills like functional expertise in SAP Hana S4 installation and commissioning (PP Module), production planning and control, capacity planning, material planning, project management, management appraisal (MIS).



Currently entrusted with new responsibility to implement the SAP GSS module for syncing EBoM with MBoM. Also working on development of a separate department for GSS, recruitment of the new team, establishing SOPs and leading the new initiative.



From a commercial perspective my profile includes skills like strategic sourcing, project budgeting, techno-commercial negotiations and vendor development.



Critical contributor to "change management" in my organization. Conducting time & motion study of critical components, implementation of "Kanban system" in plant, implementation of Bar coding system for production processes and inventory management.
