I am a self-motivated and progress-driven person with over 6 years of experience in Program Management and Business Process Improvement by delivering various type of global and regional projects. With a record of being initiative and innovative, I have developed and executed strategies which I believe brings value to the company.
For instance, I led the Digital Taskforce Team in South East Asia which we managed to delivered 55 solutions by redefining the process and new initiative/tools for value creation. We used a simple digital tool such as Alteryx to replace certain processes to achieve better efficiency in operations.
I have a strong passion around process improvement and change management because it helps an organization and team members to reduce inefficiency and ultimately increase productivity. The positive feedback received after each process improvement implementation always kept me going in helping an organization or community to continuously improve.
Having the Right Attitude, Right Behaviour and the Right Mindset is essential which I have portrayed throughout the course of my career.
I am a fast learner and have always demonstrated a willingness to learn new skills. In my previous role, I joined Shell without any Credit Management experience, yet I managed to deliver and was promoted to Credit Process Expert to oversee South East Asia counterparts. Besides that, I was also awarded with the Shell Performance Share Plan due to my outstanding performance.
