I am a fun loving person, dedicated and full of enthusiasm. If I talk about my previous experience then it is true that on paper my designation was process associate. However internally promoted(Role based) as trainer and quality auditor at the time of ramp up in the process. Since that point my responsibility
was to train the new recruits and doing quality checks for live agents, giving one on one feedback, sharing knowledge and new scenarios by arranging weekly feedback with the team I assigned for.
Rolling out process update on the floor, attending calibration calls with onshore quality team, arranging refresher training for those who needs improvement, Identifying the root cause of customer complaint etc, Action plan for improvement.
