I am passionate about Quality Assurance/Testing and have spent 15 years of my career in the same segment as I would always want to take my passion to that level of perfection where I can ensure a Defect free release for the product or application that I test and contribute towards success of my Organization where I work. As I believe your passion when clubbed with profession brings positive and miraculous results.
The other factor that drives/motivates me apart from passion is the can-do attitude and out of box thinking that help bring consistent results and Quality which I believe is the right salt or key ingredient which is required for any QA Role. Of course, functional and technical knowledge blended with a sharp communication skill can’t be ruled out which keeps me on my toes which reflects the work ethics, leadership acumen and attention to detail in my work.
