I am Global Lead of Cloud Managed Services and my background includes skills related to migrating and delivering custom solutions and managed
services for our customers from on premise infra and various other cloud providers to Google Cloud. The customers are from various
verticals like FMCG, NBFC, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Procurement & Construction, E-Commerce, Logistics,
Transportation, Media, ITes, Oil and Gas etc. Currently, I am working as Global Lead for Cloud Managed Services in multiple large
enterprise accounts in India and US. My responsibilities ranges from managing the current practice, mentoring the team, interacting
with the customer at various levels like Monthly and Quarterly business review, internal review with CTO, CEO and Directors, capacity
planning, GTM strategy, implementation of security control points based on ISO 27001, providing guidance to Service Managers,
Leading skill enhancement programs for the practice, escalation management, implementing MSP processes within the practice,
owning the MSP yearly audit by Google
Previously, I have worked as Java developer, Google Workspace Deployment Specialist, Senior System Engineer, Presales and
Delivery Head, Customer Success Manager, Project and Program management.

As part of my life long learning, I have recently completed my Post Graduate Program in AI and ML from University of Texas at Austin.
