My role and achievements in my last assignment was to set up – streamline and manage the entire Supply Chain Management (end to end) function with Customer Service in a sustainable manner along with strategic shared services operations for APAC region, kick off on time for new merger and acquisition projects per year and ensure improvement in distribution with cost effective L&D, bring down inventory DIO with material requirement planning (MRP), strengthen process for operations improvement, focus on cost saving opportunities, team learning and development and set up KPI’s, S&OP, quick-win Project, SCM Budgeting.
I am experienced and skilled in Team management, Safety and Compliance, Shared Services, Process Management, End to End Supply Chain management (Purchase to Pay, International Logistics – EXIM, Warehouse management, Customer Service and Logistics), warehouse set up and vendor management, Audits.
