Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general office administration, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient office environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure smooth operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
Maintain and manage office inventory, including ordering, tracking, and replenishing supplies.
Monitor and manage the stock levels of office equipment and consumables.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and staff activities.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 7 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Experience in managing office supplies, inventory control, and vendor management.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle administrative challenges effectively.
A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in inventory management systems or office management software.
Prior experience in supporting senior management.
Knowledge of office safety and compliance regulations
