Job Description

  • Experience: 12-14 years
  • Overseeing India Finance and Accounting
    • India GAAP expertise
    • US GAAP knowledge
    • Deep knowledge of corporate taxation
    • Cost based budgeting
    • Advanced knowledge of Tally
    • Deep knowledge of GST
    • Knowledge of payroll and taxation
    • Monthly reporting of finance to the US organization
      • Day Book, Business Line wise P&L
      • Management  Invoice
      • Statutory Invoice
      • Monthly Cash Forecasting
      • Responding to queries from the parent organization
  • Corporate Affairs
    • Tracking of AGM, EGM, Board meetings, setting up agenda, reviewing drafts drafting of notices and minutes.
    • Maintaining all the documentation (minutes book, board report, statutory registers, DSC DIN of directors
    • Timely filing of the various returns (ROC return, MGT 7, AOC 4 etc. Certifications_
    • Timely filing of various forms
    • Activities related to Directors (KYC, certification, KYC etc.)
    • CSR matter handling
    • All corporate filings
    • Other certifications as required from time to time
  • Statutory compliances
    • Tax compliance
    • Transfer Pricing compliance and knowledge
    • FEMA related matters and annual filing
    • Inward/outward remittances and associated process compliances
    • Legal compliances
    • STPI compliances
  • Working knowledge of labor laws.
    • PT
    • PF
    • MLWF
    • ESIC
  • Liaise with the corporate legal team.
  • Audit representation.
  • Working closely with the vendors/partners employed for finance, legal and HR operations.
  • Experience of working with US based MNCs. Experience in similar setup would be preferred.
  • Should be able to manage a team of employees and vendor/partners. Need to be a team player. Individual contributors are not required for this job.
  • Should possess very good analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
  • Being a senior position, the candidate must be able to work with various departments effectively.
  • Should be comfortable with technology, must be open to learning and experiment.
