Job Description
  • Demonstrable 5+ years of experience in setting up, driving, and executing the Automation Anywhere projects in the past.  
  • Significant exposure to Automation Anywhere Process Automation tool and its products  
  • Responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the RPA pursuit process and during project execution.
  • Should have played the role of Automation Anywhere RPA lead/Tech lead/SME/Architect.
  • Design, Develop, Implement, Test, and Migrate to production use the automation thus prepared.
  • Govern all RPA Build and Run engagements with IT, Business stakeholders, and Vendor Leads
  • Build and Mentor a team of RPA technologists, and groom them to evolve as technical-functional SMEs
  • Collaborate with Agile Methods, DevOps, and Enterprise Architecture teams to achieve precision in RPA program delivery.
  • Share industry best practices. Continuously explore new tools, engage with product vendors on product roadmaps and POCs, and evaluate their technology's relevance/effectiveness.
  • Reengineering the process and optimal utilization of the resources & defining the Business Strategy.
  • Responsible for Capacity Building for current and future needs.
  • Responsible for building high-performance teams and mentoring resources in the CoP (Community of Practice) both in terms of the subject knowledge as well as career choices
  • Planning for lateral resource intake and grooming internal talent based on the business pipeline.
  • Regular delivery reviews and oversight of engagements that have financial business processes as critical components
  • Contribute to (and at times lead) the pursuit process for business in new accounts and existing accounts. This will include the preparation of proposals, presales presentations, etc.
  • He / She will have to work closely with the pre-sales and sales team, right from the RFP, RFI and RFQ process, and showcase the capabilities of the delivery organization in the financials competency.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and exceeding the company's and client's expectations.
