Will be responsible for brand communication development across all channels (Offline + Online) for thematic communication, product launches, device partnerships, network comms etc. Conceptualizing and developing the core brand strategy Unearth insights from primary & secondary sources, be the voice of consumer logic and consistently sharpen our strategic focus. Be the custodian of brand health and closely track brand’s consideration and saliency Creative development Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media Management of workflows & timelines for the development of all campaigns across different mediums Manage 3rd party vendors (e.g. film producers, photographers, ad agencies) to ensure we get best in-class quality work Creating communication toolkits for new launches and strategic interventions to propel business growth. Creating 360 campaigns including press, outdoors, radio and digital across the above portfolios. Driving brand salience by ensuring the extension of national campaigns across the retail storefronts Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through market research Coordinating the launch programme to external customers as well as employees. Represents the company at various trade shows and conventions Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives. Collaborates with the sales team for specific strategies for clients Desired Skills & Experience Brand strategy - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix The ability to manage and allocate budgets Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing Able to work cross-functionally with different parts of the business Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time An ability to think creatively and strategically. Experience with CRM tool such as HubSpot will be an added advantage Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas 4-5 years of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager Master or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
