Business Analyst Job Description: -

As business analyst, the candidate will require to perform detailed requirements analysis, document processes & requirements, prepare Use cases & support user acceptance testing.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Good communication and understanding of business process

Effective planning of business workshop and communication of approach and deliverables

Good biz stakeholder management and able to get biz commitment and support.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Understanding of business pain points and propose automation and modernize systems.
• Workshop planning and stakeholder communication.
• Performing requirements analysis and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Working closely with clients, biz, SA and solution designer, and testing team
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.

Business Analyst Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field in telecom domain
• Should have knowledge about telecom industry frameworks and best practices.
• Should have hands-on experience of working on at least one process-modelling tool (e.g. MS Visio. ARIS etc.)
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
