Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Experience in the implementation of cloud security technologies and solutions available in AWS, Azure & GCP.
• Design and Configuration of technologies for cloud environments based on industry best practices.
• Lead cloud projects, including tactical initiatives and architecture and implementation of various security solutions & processes with focus on cloud security.
• Strategize current and future cloud security solutions to enhance compliance to NIST Framework and Cloud Security Alliance guidance
• Be able to provide appropriate security design and support activities such as SIEM, Vulnerabilities, patches, upgrades, enhancements, etc.
• Ensure metrics and periodic updates are provided on various projects assigned.
• Actively engage key stakeholders with solution architecture, application security and other technology domains. Research, design and implement solution meeting requirements.
• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues related to cloud environments globally.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years of deep experience with cloud architect and cloud security
• Knowledge of Google Cloud, AWS, Azure and SaaS environments with focus on the best practices around cloud security
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies and network security architecture and engineering
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Containers, Kubernetes & Dockers security
• In-depth knowledge and experience with cloud automation on Ansible, Terraform, Lamda and Cloud Formations
• Knowledge and experience with Key Management on Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
• Knowledge and experience with OPA (Open Policy Agent), creating policy and framework
• Knowledge on implementing 3^rd party cloud security tools
• Knowledge of security standards and guidelines from NIST, CSA and ISO
• Hands-on administrative experience with windows server, linux, oracle DB and SQL/Server technologies
• Knowledge of JSON, application security and software defined solutions
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Phyton programming
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to achieve competing goals and target dates
• Excellent communication skills and document of policies and procedure
• Expected to be adept in dashboards and metrics and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

License / Registration / Certification:

• Preferred Vendor Certifications from AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Good to have Certifications in IT security e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP
