Job Description: • Accountable for delivering a wide range of projects in order to simplify range, lower prices, or reduce complexity / cost for our Customers and Supplier Partners. • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies. • Lead multiple change projects, ensuring that each project has the right strategy, scope, skills, sources, systems and structures to get the job done. • Review key strategic priorities, and translate them into actionable and quantitative plans. • Manage a large Natural Work Team to deliver change end to end. • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, great with people, able to engage / influence all level
Requirement: • 3+ years Management experience required • Consulting / Engineering / FMCG / Strategy Management experience preferred, Retail experience benefit but not essential. • MBA / BA / BSC degree required, Mathematics / Business / Economics / Engineering or Science subject preferred, must be confident with data analytics and numbers. • Programme Management experience preferred e.g. Lean Six Sigma or similar
