Overview:

We are looking for a self- motivated, talented, and experienced senior system analyst who is driven for solution, strong communication and interpersonal skills to analyse and resolved Incident and Problem management issues, with minimum 5 years experience in telco AMS support for front end application and WebLogic Administration, PL/SQL, MS SQL, API, Siebel CRM

Responsibilities:

• Manage and work on Incidents and resolutions for telco front end applications used at by front liners and backed users
• Act as L2 production support to understand escalated issue to find the root cause of the issue by analysing the transactions and logs and escalated to development team for code fix
• Test the fix provided by development team and ensure the fix deployed to production and inform user after the issue resolved in production
• On-Call Support for production critical applications where stringent compliance is essential
• Liaise with customers and manage customers’ expectations of incidents.
• Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application
• Define, document, and implement processes and procedures for supporting the production environment.
• Analyse log to determine the cause of the issue and escalate to development team for code fix
• The person will act as Subject Matter Expert and share best practices with the team to improve and recommend technical resolution for front end applications
• Associate should act as a backup of the 24/7 team

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Telecommunication industry in AMS application support for front end application
• Minimum 5 years working experience in using Unix commands
• Minimum 5 years working experience in using UNIX Shell script
• Minimum 5 years working experience in WebLogic Administration, PL/SQL and MS SQL
• Minimum 5 years working experience using REST and SOAP API technologies, JSON, and XML
• Good knowledge of IT systems, microservices, architectures and terminology.
• Must be detail-oriented and maintain a high level of ownership with a keen ability for problem-solving, self-motivated and a keen learner
• Able to communicate well and is a team player in diverse team
• Experience in the following areas would be an added advantage:
• ITIL Fundamentals, Service Operations (good understanding)
• Strong analytical skills, good communication skills, teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Master Degree (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
