Role Description:

Spearhead the data science team to deliver diverse solutions across different industries.

Responsibilities

• Ability to understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions & techniques independently with independently/proactively/thought-leadership.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company/client data to drive business solutions.
• Fast learner: ability to learn and pick up a new language/tool/ platform quickly.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis.
• Conduct research and prototyping innovations; data and requirements gathering; solution scoping and architecture; consulting clients and client facing teams on advanced statistical and machine learning problems.
• Collaborate and Coordinate with different functional teams(engineering and product development) to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Ability to deliver AIML based solutions around a host of domains and problems, with some of them being: Sentiment analysis, Ecommerce AI/ML automations

Technical Skills

• Excellent Programming/ Data Wrangling skills with some of languages like Python, SQL
• Excellent skills in some areas like Optimization, Statistics, Machine learning, NLP, Image/ Video, Speech analytics
• Ability to use data for Exploratory, Descriptive, Diagnostic, Prescriptive, and Cognitive Analytics
• Excellent understanding of analytics in areas like Predictive Maintenance , Inventory optimization, Forecasting, Quality analytics etc.
• Good knowledge of some of the analytical platforms like AWS, MS Azure, GCP, Tableau,
• Ability to convert business problems into analytical problems and devise a solution approach
• Keep abreast with latest development in analytics/ digital domain, emerging technology and continuously seek for industry best practices in analytics and business transformation (ex: DNNs, Unstructured analytics )
• Track record in delivering strong and impactful operations analytics solutions and insights
• Background into Analytics platforms and Database design, modeling and architecture would help
• Experience building dashboard ecosystems to showcase the full view into channel and content performance
• Highly skilled data miner
• Programing skills and familiarity with database query language
• Proven ability to translate complex data sets into easy-to-understand business recommendations

Soft Skills Required

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (oral, written and presentation)
• Hands on/ detail oriented, with a strong ability to coordinate across different geographies and with different stakeholders at Exec and senior leadership levels
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible ability to multitask
• Ability to manage resources and capacity required for advanced analytics/ delivery
• Ability to work with teams/ stakeholders to drive change/ adoption of analytics solutions

Qualifications/Certifications

• Btech or MS in Computer Science or Analytics related field.
