• Collaborate with Engineering Leads, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers across the organisation to deliver timely, reliable and performant cloud-based development environments, test environments and infrastructure.

• Gather requirements, identify key business objectives and provide solution
recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.
• Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage
implementation schedules and project budgets.
• Adhere and manage the technology choices and tools adopted by the lead architect and CTO.
• Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick off and ensure effective completion of
project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
• Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and method
standards.
• Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering
requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.
• Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
• Create a delivery roadmap and an execution plan balancing both tactical and long term
strategic interests in mind.
• Good technical experience in open-source PHP .Net framework, Package, DevOps projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
• Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the
lifecycle.
• Delivery Management goals in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the
globe.
• Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
• Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with
professionalism.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to
the delivery centre
• Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and/ or change
control process.
• Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the Service
Delivery and the Customer.
• Drive and coordinate crisis management.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Hands on or working experience with one of more technologies like Java, Angular / React,
Mobile Application Development, Cloud AWS/GCP is needed
• Be a Certified Scrum Master/Agile Practitioner or show equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience of developing a web app from the ground up.
• Should have good exposure to CI:CD, App development applications and tools like Git, AWS,
DevOps, VS Code & Android Studio.
• Good working understanding of Agile tools such as JIRA.

Education: BE/BTech from a reputed Institute
Experience: 12-15 Years in Software technology, DevOps (6 Years of client delivery)
Certifications: Hands-on experience / certification similar to CSM, PMI-ACP, Prince2 and other
relevant frameworks / methodologies especially in software or application development
domain
