About the job
We are looking for a Director of Engineering & Analytics to manage our front-end IT application
landscape end to end, in a nutshell, everything outside of ERP or the digital core will be managed by this
position. We are looking for a product manager who has very sharp business acumen, understands
business requirements, and delivers business value using the latest technology components. We are
looking for a thought leader who will keep us abreast with the latest tech trends, would embellish our IT
landscape with the best in class, fit for purpose and cost-effective applications, and manage all of this
end to end right from inception to build to roll out and adoption using internal and external resources
as needed. We are looking for a self-proclaimed data scientist who apart from churning out apps for us
from an app factory (that we would set up) is an analytics champ and will hold the vertical for us.

skills and the ability to traverse a steep learning curve and pick up new skills to deliver business value.
Key role attributes
• Support digital roadmap and IT strategy by ensuring that the IT application landscape is mature,
resilient, and flexible to meet the business requirements without deviating from the overall IT vision
• Collaborate with business to identify opportunities, pain areas, incubate product ideas and deliver IT
applications in a digital native manned
• Be the tech evangelist in the team and have experience working in the app development space for
corporate functions like Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, workplace services, and employee experience.
• Tech guru with a complete handle on the latest tech trends relevant for our industry, well versed with
latest low code, no code platforms, app development platforms, and new age technologies like ML, AI,
RPA, blockchain, etc
• Deliver business value in a digitally native, cloud-first, secure by design environment by churning out
IT products in line with the overall IT strategy and vision
• Hold the analytics program together, create a setup grounds up and help us traverse the entire
information continuum from descriptive to predictive to prescriptive analytics
• Manage the analytics vertical end to end from setting up a platform grounds up (a data lake
equivalent) and deliver business value through analytics for starters and gradually by bringing in
intelligence in everything we do.
Qualifications
• 7 – 10 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ analytics
• Master’s degree (business administration/equivalent) with focus on Analytics, data science
• Experience working with cloud-hosted, app development set up a must
• Experience working in product management set up in a product managers capacity but not limited to
it – desirable
• Live & breathe apps, new technologies, latest tech trends, and a passion for creating something new
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good networking skills
• Thrives in a dynamic, unstructured environment and transcends job boundaries and descriptions.
