We are looking for an IT Director ERP to manage our ERP application landscape end to end, in a
nutshell, everything within and allied to ERP or the digital core will be managed by this position. We are
looking for a seasoned manager who has very sharp business acumen, understands business
requirements, and delivers business value using the ERP platform. We are looking for a thought leader
who will keep us abreast with the latest tech trends in the SAP world, would embellish our IT landscape
with the best in class, fit for purpose and cost-effective applications, and manage all of this end to end
right from inception to build to roll out and adoption using internal and external resources as needed.

Job Purpose
• To develop, plan, lead and implement SAP S/4 HANA for the Company that will meet the
business needs, achieve management goals, support growth strategy, deliver optimal return on
investment and maintain utmost data security.
• To oversee SAP S/4 HANA support & allied applications and manage future enhancement.
• Managing Internal and outsourced ERP Team during implementation and post implementation
support.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare, Plan, Implement and Support on SAP S/4 HANA
• Lead SAP implementation at Group Level within Time and Budget with effective change
management methodology.
• Manage Internal and External ERP Teams.
• Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization
to ensure ERP’s optimal performance. Ensure that IT and network infrastructure adequately
support the company’s computing, data processing, communications and data security needs.
• Manage implementation of business guidelines and strategies; working with other department
heads to ensure that ERP & allied application runs smoothly and in accordance with set
guidelines.
• Maintain and update Project Documents and SOPs
• Prepare & control the ERP Infrastructure & Application budget including manpower, AMC &
projects.
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their current and future
technology needs related to ERP
• Manage all external and internal IT and data security related compliances. Be responsible for
Data & Cyber security of ERP.
• Monitor SLA’s through Ticketing management backed with Periodic Review meetings, internally
with Delivery and Support team as also with Customer to ensure pro-active determination of
risks and mitigate the same through proper solutions including escalations wherever required.
Qualification and Experience
• B.Tech Computer Science/MBA, Should have 10+ years of IT/Application experience and at least
7+ years in SAP implementation and Support
• Must have Experience in S/4 HANA implementation of all Modules, support and rollout;
business process re-engineering / design (AS-IS, TO-BE) with focus on process improvement
• Should have prior Experience in supporting S/4 HANA at the HO
• Must have strong Project Management Skills, PMP certification desirable
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good networking skills
• Thrives in a dynamic, unstructured environment and transcends job boundaries and descriptions.
Role Expectations
• Phase 1- Preparation for rollout, training & change management and Go-live
• Phase 2- Ensure Go-live support with SLA Driven Model. Rollout of Data Analytics and
integration with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Phase 3 – Continuous Improvement plan on the SAP landscape
