Job Description
- Ensure delivery of daily operation data in atimely and accurate manner based on countries requirements.
- Align resources to delivery requirements and in accordance with expected volumes and fluctuations.
- Balance operational requirements against resources allocated.
- Deliver training needs required toensure development of agents.
- Manage and motivate agents.
- Establish relationships with stakeholders, communicating and coordinating to ensure objectives and expectations are met.
- Coordinate shift operations to meet operational demands.
- Coordinate with supervisors to determine resource requirements and allocation in accordance to the operational requirements.
- Monitor performance to ensure service procedures and performance standards are met and implemented.
- Ensure security of daily running of shifts with good operational environment.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be willing to work on rotating shift pattern.
- Strong team-player with ability to build rapport and have good working relationship with all levels.
- Experienced in supervisory or managerialrole is a must.
- Good people management skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
