Job Description
The e-commerce Trading manager - Develop and implement strategies and campaigns planning, which drives sustainable growth in sales and customers, and ensure we provide a delightful, easy, and rewarding customer shopping journey on the platform.
Marketing
- Co-create with stakeholders and run the annual marketing plan to achieve business & sales targets for ecommerce channels which includes new store opening, catchment expansion or new products or services.
- Collaborate with Trade Plan & Product team to implement competitive and appealing trade and promo tactics ensuring all parties are work towards delivering the best offer with the right availability.
- Work closely with other team members (Brand, CRM, Media ) to deliver impactful & effective communication plans in of support marketing objectives.
- Lead partnership opportunities with suppliers or other external parties to grow ecommerce customer acquisition
- Managing the SEO, SEM and SSA campaigns by constantly updating campaign keywords and product catalogue.
- Use data analytics tools coupled with market data, customer insights and performance data to identify improvements or new opportunities in marketing effectiveness to drive awareness and customer growth. Develop reports and presentations using Adobe Analytics and other platforms to update stakeholders on weekly basis.
- Manage budget ensuring spend is focused and optimised to deliver outcomes and objectives required
Content management
- Oversee content management of the ecommerce website to ensure it is relevant, accurate and is user friendly.
- Ensure product ranging and product information (photos and description) achieve the target of availability and product completeness, with clear understanding on how to work the attributes and category suitability of each products.
Customer Experience
- Deliver continuous improvements on the platform, working with IT team, and recommending the best functions and capability that makes our e-commerce on par with leading sites.
- Review customer feedback and experience to identify opportunities for improvement of user experience the site.
- Work closely with Operations & Call centers to ensure that e-commerce services are up to standard, and support in service recovery communications due to downtime/impacts that may occur.
Key requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- Must possess minimum of 3 years’ experience with proven track record in ecommerce, digital & social playground.
- Excellent communicator: must be highly proficient in Ms. Word, PowerPoint, and Ms. Excel, which will be necessary in the creation not only verbally but visually engaging branding materials, reports, and presentations.
- Technology savvy with good busines knowledge.
- Passionate about the work; Must be hands-on and detailed in approach, with ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Can-do positive attitude, team oriented, with excellent innovation & problem-solving skills
Work Base : Bandar Menjalara, Kepong (Kuala Lumpur) – Head Office
