Job Description
Responsible for implementing marketing campaigns and production of content (promotions, catalogue) for the site in support of business objectives.
- Marketing
- Work with trade plan and product stakeholders to communicate new products and promotions, with the correct pricing at the right time:
- Obtain list of updated promotions from trade & commercial teams to set up a category for these promotions in Magento platform via manual list upload
- Create relevant banner visuals for each promotion
- Set up promotion communication on AEM by creating a buy list and linking it to the relevant main banners
- Create complex promotions, vouchers, and coupons on Magento and Session M and building the customer journeys via SFMC, on time and accurately.
- Develop communications for weekly updates to customers, and briefing CRM team to schedule and deliver the EDM/SMS.
- Liaise with digital agencies or other third party involved to deliver the execution of e-commerce campaigns
- Produce Daily, Weekly, Monthly and campaign reports using the Adobe Analytics platform.
- Work with GHS operations team to ensure the success of GHS marketing campaigns and promotions are delivered
- Content Management
- Support the update of client’s e-commerce website using the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
- Perform product range management on Magento to ensure all product name, info and attributes are correct.Manage product photography and information by arranging for samples to be sent to third party vendor to photograph and process.
- Manually set the search attributes for each product in Magento which includes inputting synonyms, relevant keywords, possible text keyed in by customers and search ranking setting.
- Customer Experience – support tech improvement rollouts and the sustenance communications.
- Provide administrative support to Manager which includes managing monthly billings and accruals tracking to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
Key requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Possess minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing / advertising in a fast paced and competitive environment. Fresh graduates in related fields can be considered.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken, with ability to present and engage a wider audience.
- Passionate about the work; Curious & willing to learn. Must be hands-on and detailed in approach, with ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Can-do positive attitude, team oriented, with good problem-solving skills
