Job Description
A strategics sales leader experienced in complete Customer Lifecycle which entails New
Customer Acquisition, Client Relationship Management, Managing pre-sales & research
activities for IT / ITES Industry
• Should have designed and executed Global Business Expansion Plans focused on high
ROI-opportunities
• A Keen Planner & Specialist at identifying and capturing business opportunities; developing
markets and positioning companies for the next level of growth or potential sales
• Reporting to the founder directors you will be responsible for leading and growing the
company through new business acquisitions for BFSI, Mortgage Banking Services &
Technology verticals across geographies
• Dynamic Go-getter determined to succeed by leading, driving and managing, and growing
business.
• Minimum experience of 5+ years in Mortgage Banking Offshoring/BFSI Services selling in the
US/International market and an overall experience of 12+ years in BPO sales in the
international market
• Experience in selling BFSI, Mortgage Banking & Technology services to offshoring firms in
the US
• Should understand technology product selling in the BFSI domain and mortgage services
specifically including but not limited OCR, RPA, Document automation etc.
• A Technology Graduate from a leading institution and an MBA from a premier institute is
desirable
• Should be well versed in digital sales methodologies in crafting growth for the organisations
• Should have led a team of atleast 5 or more in managing the Customer Life Cycle processes
in manging the sales processes from prospecting to deal closures.
Soft Skills:
• Meticulous business planner and accomplished Networker
• Ability to look at business growth at 10x times at sustainable quick speed.
• Agile in methodology adoption will be key.
• Previously having had a P&L responsibility is a plus.
• As a personality, attributes could be high on actions and great for presentation with effective
communication and fast on thoughts and spirited with vision.
