Job Description
Objective:
- To source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- To understand customer needs and requirements.
- To perform effective online demos to prospects.
- To close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- To maintain good relationship with existing customers and identify more sales opportunities related to them.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts / Relationship Management of existing B2BE customers.
- Manage the Inside Sales team and be accountable for the team’s output/results.
- Establish and document the process to be implemented for Inside Sales team.
- Manage the Inside Sales team and be accountable for the team’s outputs/results.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the Inside Sales team.
- Setting and tracking the performance based on established metrics for the Inside Sales team.
- Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly plan for Inside Sales team.
- Establish the sales strategy for the Inside Sales team.
- Collaborate with Product / Marketing teams on marketing campaigns and do follow-up calls with customers.
- Collaborate with Business Development / Sales team if there are new opportunities where customer requires face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain and expand your team’s database of prospects and build sales pipeline together with Regional / Country Managers.
- Route qualified but more complex opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Enter, update and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Determine strategic sales approach and multiple products selling opportunities for Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
- Work with Marketing and Regional / Country Managers to come up with call scripts.
- Identify multiple decision makers within the targeted leads to begin the sales process and generate interest.
- Perform effective online demos and presentations to prospects.
- Close sales by cross-selling to our existing customers. Make them aware and educate them about our other solutions that would benefit their business.
- Achieve personal development and revenue growth goals.
- Drive weekly activities that achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue growth targets.
- Contribute as a team player to drive overall continuous improvement initiatives and achieve sales target.
- Generate and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to the Management team.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in customer Account Management and Sales/Pre-sales related jobs.
- Must have experience working in the IT industry and sales of workflow related IT solutions.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Good team player.
- Possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with people from all levels; internal and external.
- Ability to close sales with track record of over-achieving quota.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in corporate productivity, presentation and sales tools (MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint, SalesForce or similar CRM, etc.).
