Identify areas of improvement in our frameworks, tools, processes and strive to make them better. Evaluate our success metrics and evolve our reporting systems
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to ensure design vision is maintained, final markup is standards compliant
Work closely with product management, product development & implementation teams to develop a strong understanding of the product and business objectives
Designs, develops, and tests the creation and/or maintenance of web based applications
To work with designers, developers, and product teams to ensure design specifications are executed.
Interact regularly with the leadership team regarding team performance, strategy, metrics and results.

Designing and developing APIs
Designing user interactions on web pages
Developing back-end website applications
Creating servers and databases for functionality
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
Ensuring responsiveness of applications
Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
