• Designed and developed eLearning courses, simulations,
  games to meet needs across enterprise and OR k-12 Education publishers 
• Adept with training needs analysis and instructional design solutions
• Creating instructional design propositions and solutions, RFP responses, Prototypes, & Pre-Sales 
  activities
• ID consulting experience - TNA or GAP Analysis
• Client interaction and solution presentation 
• Inter and Intra team collaboration
• Experience in using G Suite, Salesforce, Zoho 
• Knowledge management - Document cataloging 
• Primarily worked for US-based corporates / Major Education publishers
