• Annual Stipend Range: CTC of INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,60,000 per annum.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs at SCIKEY Talent Marketplace, SCIKEY Social (Professional Community Site), job board, Hiring Platform etc.
• Continuously update job ads from SCIKEY Talent Marketplace, SCIKEY Social (Professional Community Sites), job boards, and social networks
• Source and recruit candidates by using SCIKEY Portals, available Job Boards, social media channels, Crowd sourcing partners
• Review resumes in SCIKEY Portal and help screen right fit applicants
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

You should be:

• Experience with MS Office
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak in multiple professional languages will be a plus
• Familiarity with HR databases, Job Portals & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an advantage
