Job Description

Key  Result Areas:

  • Drive annual planning process for CRISIL businesses
  • Prepare monthly rolling forecasts for various business units
  • Well versed in managing global business planning and stakeholders.
  • Support in preparing quarterly and annual board Presentations
  • Design Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for businesses. Monitor, Measure and build insightful management reports
  • Have experience of working on Financials in multi-currency and understand forex movement and impact on financials
  • Highly analytical with an eye for numbers. Ability  to pick up trends and drivers for businesses and build actionable outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be able to translate complex messages in easy to understand form.
  • Work in partnership with Businesses and key stakeholders and provide active Business support in business planning and forecasting Provide insightful information to management to drive actions
  • Drive automation function for Finance.
  • Ensure monthly operating results and estimates are accurately prepared, analysed and uploaded in global system
  • Ensure compliance with global business planning team timelines
  • Interact with global business planning team
  • Competitor analysis and intelligence.

CA / MBA / CFA
  • Around 8 years of experience in Business Planning of a large corporate in the service sector
  • In-depth experience in business planning, forecasting, forecasting
  • Knowledge of IND AS and IFRS will be an added advantage
  • Self-driven, Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skill
  • Good experience in ERP, preferably Oracle
  • Experience in reporting tools: BI and Planning tools like Anaplan, Tableau, preferred.
  • Must have excellent excel, business Modelling and power point skills
  • Work as a Business Partner and help businesses in various areas of business planning and reporting
  • Process and automation driven
  • Ability to lead a team
