Job Description:

• Migration Planning
• Plan out project activities related to voucher migration
• Work with Digi Biz to identify Partners to Migrate (extract list from UERP)
• Work with Digi Biz to identify Active voucher Inventory volume for each Partner: (Voucher Aging : Voucher Generation Date: 2019/?)
• Work with Digi Biz to Identify on Migration of Used/Locked/Expired Voucher need to migrate ? (Consideration: Audit Compliance)
• Migration Design & Development
• Coordinate with vendors to prepare voucher data sampling to develop migration development for migration POC. Monitor the development of extraction scripting.
• To ensure that Migration mapping documentation are completed with source and target field details.
• Coordinate with vendor to ensure data conversion and migration scripts are developed.
• Work with Biz to prepare migration test cases to be used by vendor as migration unit testing and for migration verifications
• Work with Digi and vendors to define mechanism to automate the verification of migrated data are free from duplicity and redundancy. Set expectation on test results.
• Work with vendors for PoC of migration related to encrypted & decryption soft pin file.
• Migration Simulation
• In-depth analysis of pre & post migration data to ensure data integrity are maintained and newly generated voucher records will not have conflicting issues
• Work alongside with team to ensure that migrated data are used by testers for FAT system testing and migrated vouchers can be redeemed successfully.
• Define detail cutover plan related to migration (what & when can be migrated Pre-RFS, during RFS).
• Ensure that simulation run of automated migration verification test are carried out.
• Work with Digi PM to identify migration rollback plan.
• Work with Digi PM, Digi Business to ensure partners onboarding to VMS are carried out prior to system RFS.
• Work with Project team to monitor migrated data’s impact on overall VMS system performance.
• Migration RFS (Pre RFS, RFS, Post RFS)
• Coordinate and monitor cutover migration activities with Tech team.
• Monitor the results of automated migration verification test & escalate on any negative findings.
• Work with Project team to monitor the duration of migration & escalate on migration issues so that team can coordinate communications with channel & partners related downtime/need for rollback.
