Job Description

Communicating with Retailer’s Operations team : Coordinating with retailer’s operation’s team to ensure their queries are resolved. Building rapport with Client Operations team to ensure smooth business operations.

  1. Warehouse management

Coordination with the warehouse to review and support the day-to-day business operations.

Work towards continuous improvement for serving all customers with their given KPI’s.

Ensure that all operations related matters are addressed with the relevant teams.

Ensuring accuracy of stock delivery on all new product launches

Reconciling the Shipment received in the warehouses.

  1. Logistics

End to end Logistic and Transport from port to the Warehouses.

Taking care of all the documentation to make sure inventory is visible in the system accurately.

Setting up cost effective process for dispatching goods to warehouses in different locations.

Using data insights to continuously review and refine all internal systems and processes.

  1. EDI & API Setup (electronic data interchange &application programming interface)

Setting up new customer accounts and products at 3PL (third-party logistics) company working with internal and external partners

Keeping a check on the system and ensuring the proper flow of information between WMS, OMS and POS.

Any glitch in the system should be addressed immediately to avoid a loss of sales.

  1. Reporting

Monthly Warehouse Performance Report.

Monthly KPI report on all the retailers.

Checking of Invoice and resolving disputes if any.

 

Qualification: Minimum graduate, any specialization in Operations / Supply Chain / Warehouse management will be added advantage

Technical skills: SAP B1 (for US Operations) / SAP HANA (For UK Operations) Mandatory
