Summary:  

In this role, we are looking for candidates who will be able to understand business requirement, write/review user stories for customer journeys in agile framework, map out exact functional requirements and manage delivery in close collaboration with IT partners using an agile product backlog framework.

The Project manager/Product Owner/Business Analyst prepares for and conducts business process analysis, documents and presents analysis and modeling results, and transfers knowledge to application/database developers.

Functional/Technical Skills  

• Project manager/Product Owner/Business Analyst works closely with the business and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the business and functional requirements. 
• The Project manager/Product Owner/Business Analyst has business analysis skills and experience in modeling business processes, and has good documentation skills. S/he knows how to conduct workshops and training sessions and has good industry knowledge. 
• Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities. 
• Possess an Agile product mindset.
• Previous experience on working in Agile/Scrum teams as a BA
• 6-8 years of relevant experience as a business analyst, product manager or similar in a techno functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities. 
• Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications
• Translate business workflow/UI/UX into detailed product backlog, consisting of user stories.
• Drive scrum ceremonies in close collaboration with Product head and IT partners
• Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation. 
• Partners with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions. 
• Participates in Integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) and functionality testing. 

Client Management / Stakeholder Management  

• Develop cordial and trust based relationship with client and own team, both based in international locations and fully own the service delivery of client processes 

Candidate Profile:  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Relevant experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst in BFSI sector either in IT Services Company or Product Based Company or Investment banking domain.
• Relevant experience of customer interfacing experience – project oversight, customer presentation.
• Proven business analysis skills and strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle, product backlog, user stories and experience of working in an Agile scrum development environment.
• Experienced in UML diagrams and wireframes/mock-ups/Prototypes.
• Experience in Power Point, Excel(Advanced), Visio, basic of BI tools, basic of various database and MS Project.
• Positive attitude with qualities of a team player; capable of working in an international team environment  
• Ability to build client relations, actively communicate and get involved in discussions with client team
• Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to deal with pressure
