Job Description:

• Own, develop, and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Lead the agile team as Product Owner to deliver the product build road map required to support the business growth and strategy
• Gain an in-depth understanding of technical and business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the identified platforms
• Continually iterate to ensure customer needs are met and that the product remains highly useful and competitive
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of development, design, testing, research, and business to build amazing experiences for the end user
• Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insights, and experimentations to help inform and drive decision-making
• Understand customer pain points, assist in defining solutions, and bring them to life
• Keeps abreast of technical trends and best practices with regard to the product management industry and other similar tools/solutions in the market for benchmarking purposes.
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate number of prior-prepared stories to work on
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Ensure all usage playbooks and processes are properly and sufficiently documented

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in building complex platform and products
• Strong product development, delivery and product management skills
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details and creative thinker with a vision
• Good technical grasp of architecture, analysis and design
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders
