• Project Deliverables

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously; is responsible for project performance, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Work with the client to identify business requirements, develop the proposal and translate customer requirements into formal agreements and plans to culminate in customer acceptance of results
• Gather, analyze and plan requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

• Project Experiences

• Telco experience with understanding the telco IT landscape (Required)
• Has operational experience (Required)
• PM Certification – PMP, Prince 2 (Required)
• Software development project management stages from initiation till operation handover, minimum 5+ years experience
• Considered as a leader, you are as passionate about building and developing a great team as you are about the technical challenges it will tackle. You rally your teams to meet their commitments to each other and to customers.   You act proactively to address challenges
• Strong skills in project planning, execution and problem-solving. A strong track record of project delivery

• Experience working within a vendor/service provider in a customer-facing project management role.  Responds quickly and proactively to customer needs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Able to effectively address internal/external stakeholders up to the executive level.  Strong relationship builder
• Exceptional team leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop and coach technical team members in multiple locations
• Willing to continually implement best practices and process as they relate to project management.
• Willingness to work long hours and against very tough timelines and goals
