Job Description

QA Engineer JD

(Overall Experience : 3 - 6 years)

Passionate about both test automation and exploratory testing, initiative-driven, and self-directed.

As a QA Engineer of the Quality Squad, you will:

Leverage your technical skills and product experiences to improve product quality and customer experience.
Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and products in order to increase technical depth and mitigate product risk.
Utilize your analytical and quality mindset to uncover defects related to functional, performance, scaling, and reliability.
Build test automation frameworks and infrastructure that uncover defects unachievable by manual methods.
Leverage your QA experiences, collaboration, and technical knowledge to improve SDLC quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and perform RCA for issues discovered during test execution.
Perform exploratory testing, communicate with product and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and product testing objectives

Required Skills:

Solid experience in professional quality assurance and testing
2+ years of test automation experience

Programming experience in Cypress a big plus
Experience with API automation testing
Experience with exploratory testing
Experience developing scripts and automation in JavaScript/Java/Scala/Python
Working knowledge of AWS
Working knowledge of Git
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
