Job Description

  1. To prepare and assist to implement the document control processes and work instruction.
  2. Responsible to establish the raw material specification and purchasing specification. 
  3. Responsible to issue non-conformance product report for non-conformity detected in-house and incoming raw material by issuing SCAR to supplier for its effective closures. 
  4. Responsible to issue concession request form upon requested. 
  5. Provide training, assistance and support to other staff on documentation-related matters.
  6. Assist to prepare for internal audit schedulling, internal audit report, summary and follow up with process owner on the NCR issued.
  7. Assist in external audit and internal audit, and follow up with process owner on the NCR/CAR issued.
  8. Assist in supplier audit and follow up with supplier on the non-conformities issued. 
  9. Responsible to issue customer complaint investigation form, CAR and follow up with the process owner in order to meet the targeted timeline for complaint closure. 
  10. Assist to prepare management review meeting memo and minutes and present the quality related data.
  11. Collect department objectives report from all the department and prepare the summary on monthly basis. 
  12. Assist in analysis of quality reports, trend graphs and compilation of data. 
  13. Responsible to download the thermohygrometer's temperature reading accordingly.
  14. Assist to collect information from potential supplier during initial supplier assessment.
  15. Responsible to maintain the status log for customer complaint investigation report, non-conformance product report, CAR, concession request status log and etc. 
  16. To undertake ad-hoc tasks given by superior.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidates with 1-2 years of experiences will be advantage.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Science or any related discipline.
  3. Basis of Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge. 
  4. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  5. Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang.
