Job Description

·       Develop and formulate new products by provided prototypes, formulations, and procedures to support sales performance

·       Design exprements to guanrantee the capability and stability of products /samples

·       Maintain a clean, working laboratory and organize files, computer generated reports and project-related documentation.

·       Monitor projects by coordinating with the sales team, including preparation of formulation guidelines, samples of finished products as per the customer expectations etc.

·       Analyze current product profile of key customers to suggest new recipes and techniques for product improvement for our key customers

·       Supoort in providing technical training for the sales team to upgrade their technical capabilities and product knowledge.

·       Implement effective sampling procedures to make sure that samples are packed in hygienic conditions and distributed in a safe manner.

·       Assist the sales team to successfully demonstrate product from applications to customers by undertaking trails at customer locations

·       Support sales team to resolve technical promblems from customers on issues related to product compliance, new applications, innovation, and introduction of new products etc.

·       Demonstrate working knowledge of industry and products

·       Demonstarte knowledge of scientific, chemical and laboratory method

·       Make field visits with salespersons to meet customers

·       Liase with suppliers to collaborate and lead projects and developmets

·       Understand the latest trends in market and make suitable praposals to enhance sales

·       Any other responsibility as may as assigned from time to time by Manager R & D, PCI.

·       Costantly keep self updated of latest ingredients and trends in the market

·       Competitor landscape understanding and positioning against the same for making successful pitch

·       Do complete product life cycle development with stability and tech transfer to plant
