Job Description

Our clients are looking for established real estate agents who currently work in sales or leasing in Dubai real estate and are looking for a new challenge in a commission-only role.

You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.

You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.

You will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in Dubai and want to work without a salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent
* Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation
* Qualifying potential buyers/tenants
* Conducting viewings and follow up
* Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
* Maintain regular contact with all clients
