Job Description
Territory: North America, EMEA and India
Customer Size: Mid-Market/Enterprise (Any industry)
Rounds of Interview:
• Face to face interview
• HR round
1. Achieve growth and hit sales revenue targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Design and implement a strategic sales plan with robust territory planning.
3. Recruit, train, monitor and coach the sales representatives.
4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team.
5. Recommends changes in products and services by evaluating results to help shape
future development.
6. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
7. Proactively designs processes and sales strategies, keeping in mind the organizational
goals.
8. Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing team for the end users
and channels.
9. Must have experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base.
10. Experience in selling to the North America / EMEA region is a must
11. Rich account management experience.
12, Proven track record for closing large and mid-size deals.
13. Motivation for sales and passionate to build sales team from a modest starting point.
14. Strategic Thinking and Good analytical skills.
15. Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
16. Good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills.
17. Superlative oral and written Communication Skills and competency in networking.
18. Target marketing to specific prospects.
