Job Description
1. To introduce improvement and document the current sales process.
2. Plan for new employee onboarding process to ensure that the employee is well equipped and is able to carry out their duties effectively.
3. To maintain a minimum of 3 sales executives at all times.
4. Ability to plan, execute and document new sales strategy. Track and produce reports to management.
5. Lead the sales team. Responsible for overall sales team performance, to ensure that every team member achieves their respective KPI’s.
6. Support the sales team in conducting presentations, approving proposals/quotations, other day to day duties and take ownership of tenders undertaken by the company by coordinating tender responses.
7. Constantly motivating the team to bring out the best of themselves.
8. Manage, strategize and support business partners and their journey in procuring new customers.
9. Work closely with the management team to improve the overall sales team performance.
10. Other sales and management responsibilities as instructed by management from time to time.
11. Be part of the management team.
