Job Description
Your Role
Your role as a Sales Operations Analyst for International market, is to enable the highest possible levels of customer engagement and experience, and to drive Sales and Business Operations efficiency and effectiveness within international region through:
- Representing International needs (“voice of the region”).
- Driving user adoption & innovation of sales processes and technology.
- Sharing good sales practices and knowledge transfer
- Building a high-performing sales culture and mindset
Your Responsibilities
- CRMA (TCRM) development for International region (e.g. Product Analysis, Account Manager profile, Quota, Leaderboard)
- Collaborate with Global Sales Operations for further SFDC improvement, such as:
- Product hierarchy
- Run-rate functionality improvement
- Managing Risk for non-standard record type
- Territorial hierarchy
- Contact hierarchy
- Contract life cycle
- Process of closing opportunity and handing over to Services team
- Manage system linkage with SFDC – OM systems (CPODS, Oracle), CRMA, BPQ interface
- Develop Data Mining initiatives to increase revenues, cut costs, improve customer relationships, reduce risks in the International Region
- Provide visibility and knowledge to the international Sales Operation team of latest available tools and module used in the market that could be of interest for the International Region to support the business.
- Part of the SFDC International support team
- Contribute to SFDC Newcomer Training and Refresher training

Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Admin. Familiar with custom objects, custom fields, role hierarchy etc
- Proficient in CRMA (TCRM) programming. Familiar with dataflow/recipe. Expert in data analysis, manipulation and dashboard in CRMA
- Salesforce certified Einstein analytics and discovery consultant preferred.
- Hands-on experience with BI Tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus
- Experience / understanding of sales / pre-sales / financial planning processes and systems, including customer engagement and management is a plus
- Demonstrable track record in the set-up, coordination and management of capability development initiatives, such as virtual training, in-person training and e-learning
