Description of the work done by the team The Senior Developer is responsible for Design, Development, and maintenance of software applications. These responsibilities include making technical decisions to ensure technical integrity of project deliverables. Activities requiring planning, scheduling, and to ensure that project deadlines are met and that the work meets user requirements by performing the following duties.
Will report to · Sr. Technology Lead · Director, Technology
Primary Responsibilities · Mentor the junior developers. · Participate in technical design phase to identify, resolve, and document technical design alternatives and issues. · Perform peer reviews and make sure the coding standards are followed. · Review the technical documentation. · Grow a good understanding of the core businesses the software supports. · Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. · Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. · Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals. · Seek to understand business needs and ensure coded solutions support them. · Be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Education Qualification |
· Bachelor’s in computer sciences/Engineering (B.A. / B.E.) or associated discipline or the equivalent experience |
Professional Requirements |
· 3+ years of full stack software development and testing experience using C# .NET/JAVA and Client-side scripting. · Fully versed in Scrum / Agile. · Expert level knowledge of Git, working with repositories and code reviewing. · Has coded for enterprise level SaaS platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Be self-motivated and directed – independent worker with effective in prioritization and multi-tasking. · Be detail Oriented. · Ability to learn new technologies and business concepts quickly.

Technical Competency |
Must Have: · Expert level knowledge of Java, C#, Angular. · Experience working on cloud platform including Microsoft Azure. · Knowledge of databases, stored procedures, object storage, etc. · Strong knowledge of Internet/Web technologies and languages including Java Script, jQuery, CSS, and HTML. · Experience with MVC, SSIS/ASP.NET/TSQL, MS Visual Studio, MS Team Foundation Server, MS SQL Server, MS SQL Server Reporting Services · Capable of system tuning, code optimization and bug solving. · Knowledge of the system/software development life cycle. · Experience with OOP and design patterns. Nice to Have: · Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Microservices would be a plus.
