We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards. The successful candidate will lead site teams, coordinate with contractors, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, including construction, installation, and maintenance.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

3. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance.

4. Safety Management: Implement and maintain site safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and investigations as needed.

5. Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective project coordination.

6. Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation.

7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor and control site expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

8. Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including monitoring contractor performance and resolving disputes.

9. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues, escalating concerns to senior management as necessary.

10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
