Job Description:

1.     To ensure all related documents in order regards to own build sites.

2.     To ensure leasing fee paid on time.

3.     To ensure all Tenancy Agreement always valid.

4.     To ensure good engagement with leasing partners and Building Owners to enable smooth working communications.

5.     To manage proper strategies in dealing with Landlord and Building Owners on the renewal Tenancy Agreement and problem solving.

6.     To ensure proper escalation internally on the risk of sites – (terminated, not able to renew TA & etc)

Primary responsibilities:

·         To support in MFRS16 for all the outstanding listing on sites which are not in MFRS16 and as well in renewals progress

·         To provide contracts to Finance Team, to provide contracts matching to MFRS16 submission data to document in Netpro.

·         Variance between Opex and IFRS 16 number - To check and clean up Variance between Opex and MFRS16, Compare MFRS16 Submission data to document as well CT and Netpro

·         To work on accrual, clean up with region SA and Finance to close the legacy accruals.

·         Responsible to provide daily, weekly (where deem required) report which includes escalation of foreseen issues and risk that may affect current Network.              

·         Being a front line to the external environment need to establish/projected DiGI as a centric and value driven with highly ethical organization and culture.

·         Understand the OPEX saving initiative and perform by duties diligently.

·         Enhance self-confident, independent and product knowledge would be able to sell and self-develop to the next level

·         Work in hand within DiGi internal to achieve the Organization goals/objective.

·         To perform duties effectively, by doing it right the first time.

·         Work as a team within the Industry on issue which would set a win-win situation for all related parties

Job Requirements:

§   At least a tertiary level qualification in Business Management or Economic or Accounting hold a professional qualification from a recognised body, though extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of this.

§   Ability to anticipate and mitigate problems in order to maintain a high-quality assurance on network rollout and services.

§   Ability to manage cost effectiveness and suggest cost saving measures where possible.

§   Good people management skills and have the ability to build rapport with project team members in order to maintain a highly motivated efficient workforce.

§   Someone who possesses a pleasant personality, good communication/presentation skills.
