Data Services (DS) is the ‘gateway organization’ for PRGX when it comes to receiving, cleaning, processing and delivering our clients data to our auditors for writing revenue. Data Services organization deals with multiple types of ERP systems both custom and enterprise, data formats, frequency and huge volumes of data. It process on an average 480TB of data Annually and receives more than 2.4 million files.

As a Sr. QA - Data Services you will be working on the development projects ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure that the developed code captures all the documented functional and non-functional requirements
• Adhere strictly to the PRGX standards for development  and operational work.
• Work closely with project business analyst to ensure that the end to end designs meet the business and data requirements
• Identify Test automation opportunities
• Own Component, integration testing activities by preparing test cases and test scripts and assist in User Acceptance Testing as needed.

Professional Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Manual testing using SQL.
• 3+yrs experience in  automation testing projects specifically in languages like Python(robot Framework) and BASH Scripting

Technical Competency

• Proficient with UNIX operating system and Shell scripting (BASH)
• Hands-on on query optimization techniques on SQL & ETL
• Able to convert the detailed design into Test cases
• Experience in Automation of manual tests in Python ROBOT framework, testNg, maven, Selenium
• Experience with Pytest, PyUnit or Nose test frameworks
• Integrate written automated tests into CI/CD pipeline
• Expert in Postman, JSON, RestAPI, REST-Assured
• Familiarity with microservices technology
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience in Data Completeness, Data Transformation & Data Quality for various data feeds coming from different source.
• Working knowledge of Source control tools like SVN, GitHub is  must.
• Working knowledge of various project management and communication tools like JIRA, Confluence and Slack preferred.
• Good Knowledge of CI/CD process, SonarCube is preferred.
• Prior knowledge/project work on Retail domain clients and different ERP system is preferred.
