1. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content on cyber security topics that enhances retention and transfer. 2. Write voice over scripts and create engaging text content on Safe coding, OWASP, CVEs and other similar concepts 3. Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources and studies) 4. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and identify target audience’s training needs. 5. State instructional end goals and create content that matches them. 6. Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts. 7. Guide creation of material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) with the help of Multimedia team. 8. Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment. 9. Proven work experience as Instructional Designer or Content Writer or any other similar role. 10. Superlative English, with excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills in English language. 11. Excellent writing skills. 12. Excellent command and grasp on the latest Cyber Security topics and trends.( Safe coding, OWASP, CVEs) 13. Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. 14. Knowledge of course development software. 15. Lesson and curriculum planning skills with a good eye for detail. 16. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts (English)
