We are looking for Telesales Executive, Functional: Commercial, who can perform the below tasks:
Work closely with new and existing clients, under supervision, to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products and services in order to maintain and grow revenue for our company.
Maintain call rates to assure contact with assigned customers and act as the main interface between the customer and us to ensure optimal level of service is provided at all times.
Understand customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and form long term business relationships in order to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote our company as a quality supplier with the aim of achieving preferred supplier status.
Negotiate price and volume discounts in accordance with policy and liaise with support staff to ensure customer retention and continued business.
Identify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling and follow up
referrals/leads and keep abreast of competitor¡¦s sales strategies.
Confidently and knowledgeably handle customer complaints while maintaining composure, and take all possible actions to resolve issues to the customers¡¦ expectations without compromising company's position by over-committing to customers.
Be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions.
YOUR PROFILE • Minimum of 2 year’s sales and or customer service experience. • Well- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units. Diploma holder or above with at least 1-year work experience OR Degree holder with less experience. • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
